Wow, so much to cover, where do I start?

We’ve Punk Thai’d Harry’s Cali-Style in Hayle and a family reunion at a holiday home near Newquay, catered for several Old Bakery Studios events for 80 plus people and our Potluck Supper Clubs are proving popular, not to mention a great first appearance at Philleigh Way Cookery School and bookings for May and June are coming in fast. With the Porthleven Food Festival booked for the end of the month no wonder Amy has taken a short break in Thailand!

When we say a short break in Thailand what we really mean is that Amy has gone to Thailand for an advanced Fruit and Vegetable carving course and to learn about some exciting new Thai dishes to add to her current selection of authentic Thai food. Cant wait to try the new recipes when she returns to Truro but in the meantime the fabulous carvings are a feast for the eyes.
