Following the success of our first event at Old Chapel Cellars last month we will be returning next month by popular request
We will be offering a range of specially selected wines to complement and enhance the flavours of Punk Thai’s unique canapes to include the addictively hot and refreshingly crunchy Som Tam salad, one of Thailand’s best known culinary exports, possibly the world’s best salad! Made in a “Pok Pok” with papaya, carrot, tomato, lemon, chilli & nam plah.
For those brave enough to try making Som Tam themselves there will be a competition on the night judged by our very own Punk Thai Amy!
