Saturday 26th May saw us with our new Punk Thai gazebo setting up for the evening buffet of the lovely Joelle and Arthur at Trefussis Estate.

Guests were offered Tom Yam Goong, Pad Thai Gai, our special Punk Thai Spring Rolls, Gaeng Kieow Waan Gai, Moo Panang, and Chicken with Cashews plus vegetarian options and Som Tam (Papaya Salad) with Sticky Rice and Mango and Punk Thai Poached Pear for dessert & a few guests enjoyed making their own Tom Sam (Papaya Salad) in the pok pok – with a great deal of enthusiasm and laughter!

Arranged by the Little Cornish Wedding Company a field at Trefussis was transformed into a beautiful tented glade complete with fairy lights and amazing scenery showcasing the lovely Trefussis Estate as an ideal location for a special day.
