Som Tam Roll
A staple dish for all Thais, ranging from normal spice level (Pet) to extremely spicy (Pet ++++++)!
Very much epitome of Asian sweet & sour, made from shredded papaya, green beans, tomatoes, dried shrimp, peanuts and tangent chili lime dressing.
Thai Spring Rolls
Crispy rolls containing fresh, locally sourced, vegetables and glass noodles.
Tod Mun Goong Hor Ta Krai
Prawns blended with green beans, lime leaves, chillies and spices, coated in breadcrumbs encompassed in stalk of lemongrass and shallow wok fried. Served with spicy sweet and sour cucumber sauce.
Golden pork mince & prawn parcels in filo pastry. Shallow fried with chopped spring onion, coriander, and garlic. Served with a sweet and sour plum sauce.
Kratong Thong Yumm Som-O
Crispy gold cup chicken salad with minced chicken breast, mixed with corn, carrot, coriander root and Thai herbs. Shallow fried in filo pastry and served with an ajar sauce.
Chicken Curry Puff
Based upon the famous Singapore curry puff but with a Punk Thai twist! Chicken breast blended with Thai spices, curry leaf, cubed potato and boiled egg.
Pad Thai Gai
Chicken stir-fried rice noodles with bean sprouts, spring onions, crushed peanuts and tamarind sauce.
Green Curry Kai
Aromatic chicken curry made with coconut milk, green chilli and aubergine served with steamed rice.
Fillet of pork cooked in Panang red curry paste with coconut milk and lime leaves.
One of the most popular Thai street food dishes. A spicy herb pork salad. Made with lemon grass, garlic, ginger, nam plah, coriander and a few chillies!

Steamed cod infused with lime with garlic, fresh chilies and coriander, served with a spicy lemon sauce.
Spicy stir-fried lean pork mince with fresh chilli, garlic, Thai holy basil leaf and long green beans.
Tom Yum Blah
Spicy seafood soup, made with locally sourced Cornish cod, haddock and salmon making for a hot & sour soup flavoured with lemon grass, coriander, ginger, lime leaves and chillies.
Tom Yum Kung
Spicy sour prawn soup made with coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Pineapple Fried Rice
Made with chopped pineapples, red bell pepper, garlic, raisins, lime, chopped unsalted cashew and served with basmati rice in a pineapple husk!
Khao Niew Ma Muang
Sweet Thai mango with sticky rice served with coconut cream, a pinch of salt and Cornish clotted ice cream. The rice has been coloured naturally with the extract of Thai butterfly flowers……..this dish is bursting with flavours !
